Q. When will Schwan’s deliver the fundraising orders?
A. We will deliver your products directly to the delivery address indicated at the time of checkout within six weeks from the receipt of
your order and payment.
Q. What happens if Schwan’s is unable to make a delivery to the customer’s
home?
A. If Schwan's is unable to connect with a customer after the six weeks from which we receive the orders and payment from your organization, we will ship the order via Fed Ex or UPS on dry ice within two weeks at no cost to you or the organization.
Q. What type of payments do you accept?
A. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard and
Discover/Novis for online orders.
Q. Do I have to pay sales tax on the items I purchase from Schwan’s Fund?
A. Schwan's Fundraising does not charge any tax on their
fundraising products.
